As I grow professionally, I also like helping others to grow. I'm always willing to help my folks and oer help even if not requested. I have a great sense of ownership, that's why I'm always trying to improve our solutions, even if it is out of the scope of the task.

Async services communication is key to ensure the best performance, reliability, and scalability of the system.
Update our codebase from legacy to a more standardized architecture. E.g., make services compatible with Docker, stateless, and integration with k8s.
